Due to a problem in the AppImage with the KService menu, we created our own
"Open with..." menu function. This parses the *.desktop files and creates the
corresponding menu entries. If you want to have the original KDE "Open with..."
under KF5/6, you have to compile digiKam with libKio (install the corresponding
header files).
