--- Comment #1 from myndstr...@protonmail.ch --- Correction: now it seems like the KSysguard background service needs to be running for the Ctrl+Esc shortcut to work. I think this wasn't the case earlier which would be strange. I had to start it again even when the shortcut is configured in KDE Daemon.
