bottom right. The notification is seemingly split in half.

SUMMARY
When rendering a video, the notification was split in half. It was as if the
other half vanished, as the loading bar continued into it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render a video

OBSERVED RESULT
I saw a notification of rendering a video, however it was split in half. Image
attached
EXPECTED RESULT
A normal notification, which was full size.
