Would this bug be filed more correctly for Powerdevil (5.27) perhaps?
That's what handles dimming and turning off displays after a pre-defined idle
time.
Or is it specific to KDE neon, the distribution?
Also, would you please be so kind and check if this is also an issue if you
boot the latest KDE neon version?
