Expected notification
SUMMARY
KDE Connect. Unable to ascertain version number as no dialogue lists this. SMS
does show 24.04.70.
KDE Connect installed on macOS and Samsung Galaxy Fold 5.
Notifications are being passed from the phone to the desktop, however the text
is becoming sanitised and quotes are being replaced with HTML - Quote (")
becomes " (& q u o t ; should the previous be interpreted).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install relevant apps on both devices
2. Allow notifications
3. Receive notification with quote in the text

Quotes are replaced with HTML

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
KDE Connect Mac app does not show as a window bar app so no top menu. There is
no about screen to certain version numbers. The versions here are from the SMS
sending service application included.
