SUMMARY
When using an external monitor, the framerate of KWin is half of what it should
be.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run session under Wayland
OBSERVED RESULT
mostly 30 FPS (built-in "show FPS" desktop effect in Plasma)
EXPECTED RESULT
60 FPS
