Something similar happens to me on Fedora 40 and Plasma 6.0.3. When I try to
add a Nextcloud account, after entering the server address and clicking next it
shows a spinning gear for a second and then it disappears and the System
Settings app stops responding and stays like that forever.
Launching System Settings from the terminal gives me the following output:
