Activity report of rsibreak

SUMMARY

After upgrade to Plasma 6.0 `rsibreak` does not log inactivity - it behave as
the user is still active. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run `rsibreak` on Plasma 6.

OBSERVED RESULT
Percentage of activity is always 100% , the count-down during break is not
working.

EXPECTED RESULT

Calculate valid activity statistics, corectly evaluate breaks.
