Vertical panel with app popup after hovering the app menu

SUMMARY
When I hover over the app launcher menu button in a vertical panel, the name of
an app (in this case “anydesk”) appears (see attachment) and if I click it
opens. This is annoying, when I want to open the app menu, but click on the app
icon that shouldn’t be there.

I switched also to the horizontal panel, in that case I didn't see this
behavior.

Also, when deactivating "anydesk" completely, this behavior stopps. So, either
this is a "anydesk" problem or a strange behavior of the vertical panel in
combination with "anydesk"
