SUMMARY
The dark window color schemes of Kate are not all that usable in XFCE with
Adwaita-Dark. The active document's tab is not easy to distinguish at all,
which is the main usability issue, ime. The "symbol outline" button is black
with dark background and therefor not very legible. There may be more, but
these are the two gui items i've noticed so far.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click Settings
2. choose any dark Window Color Scheme
3. open multiple documents, leave the window to perform some other task, or run
the program in the terminal, and then come back and try to see which tab is the
currently edited/selected/highlighted one.

OBSERVED RESULT
I can't tell which tab is highlighted.

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to easily see which tab i was editing.

IDK what qt or kde version kate 23.08.5 is using in fedora 39.
