Due to a problem in the AppImage on current KF5/6 desktops, we can no longer
use the KService function to run the default application.
However, we have added our own "Open With..." function so that this works
correctly. You can use the "Open With..." context menu temporarily.
If I find a way to find out which is the "default application" for the selected
files, we can also start it using this new function.
