I was looking into this, the script mentioned earlier seems to get a .tar file
from "build-artifacts.kde.org", which does not resolve on my computer (down?).
That's most likely the issue here, it can't extract the icons, because it's not
able to download them, and as a result of that the icon browser is
nonfunctional. I'm not sure if it's hosted anywhere else, but maybe using an
archive.org link in the script could work, albeit a little slow.
