Summary: Cannot move the paint palette onto a new screen
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kolourpaint
           Version: 24.02.1
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kolourpaint-supp...@lists.sourceforge.net
          Reporter: bug.anger...@passinbox.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
On previous versions of kolourpaint I could drag the "Colours: KolourPaint
Defaults" palette onto my secondary monitor. I could do that until version
24.02.1, where the palette now snaps back to the bottom of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kolourpaint.
2. Right click the paint palette and click "Unlock Panels"
3. Try and drag the paint palette onto a secondary monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Try and drag the paint palette onto a secondary monitor. It will snap back to
the bottom of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
On previous versions, the palette would stay on my other screen. I'm currently
using version 21.12.3 from the linux mint software store instead which has this
feature.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
