SUMMARY
If Play a sound action is enabled at end of a long break and the break is
skipped, then the sound is still played at the time the long break would have
finished,
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Play a sound action at end of a long break
2. Wait for long break to start, then skip it.
OBSERVED RESULT
At time long break would have finished, sound is still played.
EXPECTED RESULT
Sound is not played since break has been skipped.
