Demo of the issue

SUMMARY
I have two screen (DisplayPort and HDMI), and a panel on each.
Each panel has a desktop switcher. Each desktop switcher is configured to show
only current screen.

If I lock my screen, wait for screen energy saving (see bug
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=483099), then unlock my screen, something
strange happens to the desktop switcher of HDMI screen.

It keeps showing both screen, instead of configured only current screen until I
change it with alternative, since trying to change it via options is not
possible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. lock screen and wait for screen energy saving
2. unlock screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop switcher of HDMI screen show both screen instead of configured only
current screen.
And also trying to fix the issue with option is not possible, only with
alternatives.

EXPECTED RESULT
No issue with desktop switcher.
