SUMMARY
gwenview fails to open when attempting to run via command line, or attempting
to open an image via double click or context menu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run "gwenview" via command line

OBSERVED RESULT
"gwenview: error while loading shared libraries: libkImageAnnotator-Qt6.so.0:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
EXPECTED RESULT
Application opens.
