SUMMARY
plasma-systemmonitor does not get updated, and can't be installed from the link
at https://apps.kde.org/plasma-systemmonitor/.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Click 'Install on Linux' button on https://apps.kde.org/plasma-systemmonitor/.
OBSERVED RESULT
plasma-discover launches and shows the following error (screenshot attached):
"Could not open appstream://org.kde.plasma-systemmonitor because it was not
found in any available software repositories. Please report this issue to the
packagers of your distribution."
Note: plasma-systemmonitor hasn't been updated in the regular updates through
the Kubuntu update manager since v.5.24.5.
EXPECTED RESULT
plasma-discover shows the app plasma-systemmonitor and the app can be
installed/updated.
