Position the timeline marker on the timeline.
Select a track.
Select extract frame from the dropdown in the project monitor.
Choose a location in the directory structure.
Name the file.
Click save.
There is nothing created in the selected location or anywhere else on the
drive.
Also: I am showing that I'm running 15.12.3 not 15.12.2 but that wasn't an
option in the Version select list.
