SUMMARY
If you add an effect to your favorites list they don't show up under the
Timeline/Favorite Effects toolbar icon until you restart the program.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to any effect
2. Right click 'Add to favorites'
3. Click on the star (favorites) icon in the timeline toolbar and the effect
isn't there until you restart Kdenlive
OBSERVED RESULT
Effect not added to toolbar until restart
EXPECTED RESULT
Newly added favorite effect would be expected to be seen in Favorites as soon
as it's been added
