digiKam compiled with Qt-6 and QtMultimedia as internal player works well with
MP3, slider runs.
We are now using the QAVPlayer for the Qt-5 build (we have not yet switched to
Qt-6 in the AppImage), which may not currently provide position data for a pure
audio stream.
