System Settings displays wrong sub panel when started and going from Discover
SUMMARY
When System Settings open eg. on Colors & Themes then going from outside link
to Software Update (from Discover) redundant panel with Colors & Themes is
still there see screenshot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings" "Colors & Themes"
2. Open "Discover" on top left corner menu click on "Configure Updates"
OBSERVED RESULT
Colors & Themes is still visible
EXPECTED RESULT
no Colors & Themes should be visible
