I am assuming this is the right component.
most GNOME and GNOME Circle apps from Flathub have no transparency at least on
my systems (AMD and Intel graphics tested).
This is seen in the panel and app launcher. Only GNOME and GNOME circle apps
are affected.
I assume they use something strange in their SVG files, or that they are the
only ones using SVG and all the rest is using different PNGs?
