STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use HDR monitor (in my specific case an Acer Technologies XB273K GP)
2. Verify HDR is turned on
3. Allow KDE to go idle
4. wait for display to turn off
5. wake the system

OBSERVED RESULT

Screen is dim and HDR is turned off in the monitor firmware and must be turned
back on or to auto

EXPECTED RESULT

Screen is normal brightness and HDR setting in firmware should be the same as
before going idle
