SUMMARY
I have been accidently resizing windows that are tiled and that changes my
tiling layout. I'd like it locked so even if I resize a window I can just put
the window back by moving it with the modifier key.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a window in a tile
2. Drag a side of a window
3. Tile layout is now different
OBSERVED RESULT
Layout is changed
EXPECTED RESULT
Layout is not changed
