Browse photo folders, which include folder that has non ASCII character (in my case: Z:\ExternalDrive\Pictures\BM\liên hoan cuối năm\ 2. Go to Item > Edit Metadata and make changes to Date & Time section 3. Click Apply or OK alternatively: 1. same as above 2. Go to Item > Adjust Time & Date, makes changes 3. Go to Item > Write metadata to file 4.
