I just ran some commands briefly to see if I could connect Bluetooth via
terminal. I have not done this so it was a quick test.

Bluetooth does not work. Clicking "Enable" button does nothing, the toggles
slide back and fourth but it doesn't have any effect either. Configuration does
nothing either. System has a Bluetooth built into WiFi module & I also have a
dedicated dongle as well, which is using Passthrough for Emulator.
