SUMMARY
About 30% of the time, when Alt+Tabbing to a different Window then switching
back to Krita, Sampling foreground color using the "Alt" key and panning the
image using the "Space" key gets temporarily disabled. They get enabled back
when I spam pressing "Alt" and "Space" key.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Alt+tab to a different Window
2. Switch active Window to Krita
OBSERVED RESULT
Color sampling and canvas panning using the "alt" key and "space" key as
shortcuts respectively doesn't work until I spam the two buttons for a brief
moment. It happens about 30% of the time.
EXPECTED RESULT
Color sampling and canvas panning with the mentioned shortcuts should work fine
all the time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I should mention that I didn't really bother changing my shortcuts to make a
thorough identification of the problem. Also, this might be related but in the
Krita version 5.2.0, at some early point while using the program, the "Alt" key
stops working entirely for Krita until you relaunched the program, then it'll
happen again. It wasn't the case in version 5.1.5, but it got fixed in version
5.2.1. Perhaps it's related to this issue.
