I'm sorry to report that with similar settings as the ones you posted, on my stable (not dev) session using Arch 6.0.1 packages, I was not able to reproduce this. I'd say let's get more logs, but my commit to add logs to DPMS action - the one responsible for turning off displays - did not make it into 6.0.2. I'll see if I can get it into 6.0.3 to help with future debugging of such issues. Other than that, I'm not sure how to figure out what's going wrong on your system. Maybe someone else has a better idea.
