Actually it appears everywhere and the severity varies and may appear irregularrly. As for what can make this happen, scrolling pages, dragging windows, locking screen, etc. can. I've confirmed that my laptop doesn't have problems in hardware because I just purchased it last week and it runs perfectly under Windows 11. Before upgrading to plasma 6, the glitches would occationally appear on SDDM login interface.
