SUMMARY
When you scroll over the combo-box, it jumps not to the next item, but to the
item equal to the count of fractional steps instead of discrete steps. For
example, in ksystemsettings -> display -> Refresh rate combo.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open ksystemsettings -> display
2. Scroll over Refresh rate combo box
OBSERVED RESULT
Jumps to the item equal to the count of fractional steps.
EXPECTED RESULT
Jump to the item equal to the count of discrete steps.
