STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Application Launcher
2. resize the window via the upper right corner
OBSERVED RESULT
Application Launcher flicker and crashes immediately. Plasma desktop isn't
responding anymore.
Can be escaped through ctrl+alt+del, logout and login.
EXPECTED RESULT
not crashing
