SUMMARY
Under wayland, attempting to bind the Calculator media key (scancode 0xe0 0x21
0xe0 0xa1) on a keyboard will result in kcm_keys ignoring the key input from
the keyboard, resulting in the key being unable to be assigned or bound for any
application, including kcalc.
exporting the button config, adding `Calculator` then importing the config to
attempt to force bind the key still does not allow the system to respond to the
key under wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open `systemsettings kcm_keys`
2. attempt to bind the calculator keyboard key to any application
3. kcm_keys will ignore the input.
