SUMMARY
In the Processes view, when a process has a very long name, such as
systemd-ask-password-agent in tree view, the "Name" column cannot be expanded,
and there is no hover tooltip on the "Name" column to display the full
ellipsised name.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Spawn a process with a long name
2. Try to find out what it's name is through plasma-systemmonitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Process name is cut off with ellipsis, to prevent my very small and smooth
brain from receiving too much information. Expanding the name column doesn't
work because it has a maximum width for some reason, presumably to stop my very
small and smooth brain from making it too wide and then getting confused and
crying. There is no hover tooltip showing the full name when hovering over the
cut off name.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either let me make the column wider or add a tooltip.
