Can reproduce with two screens. The Task Manager on the left-most (primary)
screen shows tasks for all screens. The Task Manager on the right (secondary)
screen correctly shows tasks only on its screen.
For me it doesn't happen after sleep though; it's just always happening.
Bug 482530 reports similar but not identical symptoms.
I suspect there are some mixed signals in the per-monitor task detection here
just in general which are causing all the issues.
