Bug ID: 482721 Summary: Composite and transform does not initially respect "Lock aspect ratio" after checking "Distort". Classification: Applications Product: kdenlive Version: 23.08.5 Platform: Flatpak OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Effects & Transitions Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: nuxt...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Add clip to the timeline with aspect ratio different to that of the project (exp: 9:16 clip in 16:9 project). 2. Add Composite and Transform to clip, and set "composite track" to background. 3. Click on "Lock aspect ratio". 4. Check on distort. OBSERVED RESULT Clip gets distorted, even though "Lock aspect ratio" is enabled. EXPECTED RESULT Clip should maintain proportions, since "Lock aspect ratio" is enabled before checking distort. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Current solution: Click on "Adjust to original size", then click on "Adjust and center in frame", after following steps 2 to 4. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
