STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run $ journalctl -f
2. Alt+tab
OBSERVED RESULT
The alt tab menu takes around 1-2 seconds before it shows (it's laggy).
This is printed to the journal, when alt-tabbing:
kwin_wayland[1501]: This plugin does not support raise()
EXPECTED RESULT
The alt tab menu to instantly show up, with no lag. Also no warning being
printed to journal.
