When changing focus from chrome to ms teams, the desktop suddenly flickered and
the taskbar stopped showing the active windows. The pinned applications are
still launchable but no indications about open windows are seen. Alt-Tab is
able to switch between windows (none were closed).
The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.
