SUMMARY
Error when trying to uninstall apps, or open Discover app listing in from
kickoff :

`Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol 'appstream'.`

Desktop was upgraded from Plasma 5.27 (worked fine) to 6.0 (broken)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kickoff
2. search for an app (eg. 'libresprite')
3. select "install X"


OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol 'appstream'. -- dialog box

EXPECTED RESULT
Opens app listing in discover
