SUMMARY
When trying to launch Ksystemlog under KDE Neon testing, I get the popup asking
for ' root privileges', With the default KDE Neon settings, I am unable to
launch the application due to the fact that there is not a root user.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Ksystemlog
2. The application asks for root privileges (screenshot)
3. I use the password for sudo su
4. The application then hows the next popup asking for root privileges
(screenshot)
5. The aformention password is not enough

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to launch the app

EXPECTED RESULT
When using the sudo password the application should launch

My observation is the same as bug #451440 and #358118, maybe escalate this one
due to longstanding issue?

from Konsole; sudo su and then KSystemlog launches the application without
issues
