This is almost certainly a one-off issue related to changing the "dvk" layout
to "English (Dvorak)", and might not even be KDE specific. Since no one has
reproduced, I'm going to close it. It could potentially affect others on
pre-5.27.6 to 6.0 upgrade paths, however. If anyone encounters this, please
reopen the issue.
