This issue was caused by bug 477853. We currently use UTC as the date format
internally in digiKam. We could probably switch back to local time format with
Qt-6.6.2 (currently using Qt-6.6.1). I haven't decided yet whether we will do
it, as UTC time calculations will probably be faster.
