STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Change its window size
3. Maximize its window
4. Close Kate
5. Open Kate again; now its window is maximized (as it was when closing)
6. Restore (unmaxize) window
OBSERVED RESULT
The window has the same size as in step 2.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window has the size as before step 2 (as in step 1).
