STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt install kmail
OBSERVED RESULT
apt wants to install many -dev packages as well as packages like binutils and
wayland-protocols that are only useful for development
EXPECTED RESULT
Only packages needed for running kmail are installed
