Seems to be a problem from some update (maybe kernel) because it did not happen with first install of KDE Neon back in October. I went back to Windows. Now I'm on KDE Neon's latest release 20240228. When I boot from USB live session, there is no problem. But I have it installed now and the problem is there again. I set it to log into the desktop automatically. After the manufacturer's logo appears, the display turns off and then does not turn on until auto signed into the desktop. No boot splash or SDDM.
