Yep, just ran `sudo pkcon refresh` and `sudo pkcon update` and pkcon says everything is up-to-date. Going through Discover (using the workarounds mentioned in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=481993) has Discover reporting everything is up-to-date as well.
