SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your taskbar to floating mode (default on Plasma 6)
2. Open a fullscreen app, or set an app to fullscreen, or minimize/exit a
fullscreen app
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a significant lag and choppy animation when taskbar is switching to
floating mode/sticked mode
EXPECTED RESULT
Taskbar sticks to bottom/floats without any lag
