Given that this seems to be only reported by linuxfx users, it seems highly
likely that this is a downstream packaging issue caused by linuxfx, and not a
KDE bug. A better place for support would probably be the linuxfx
forums/mailing lists.
Feel free to reopen if you can reproduce on the latest version, plasma 6.0, or
on plasma 5.27.10.
