[dolphin] [Bug 463170] Cannot copy/move data, via context menu or keyboard shortcut, to desktop of Windows OS installed in dual boot. Can by doing drag-and-drop though.

Copying/moving via drag-and-drop also fails on Windows 10 OS. Probably
something related to Win10 permissions.
