Works for me with a panel that's using the same settings as yours. Make sure
you're touching the actual pixel against the screen edge. This is easy to do on
bare metal, but may be impossible to do in a VM due to lack of pointer
constraints. If you can constrain the cursor to the VM guest window, that would
be good so you can test.
