--- Comment #1 from Oliver Beard <olib...@outlook.com> --- I think the problem here is that the system connects at login (generally by default), but Welcome Center might launch before that and keeps the assumption that it's open without being connected. We could remove the page at runtime if it hasn't yet been seen, or (my preference), better communicate in the page that you are connected with a big check (✔️).
